1: LICENSED LEAD RISK ASSESSOR(S) - A lead-based paint risk assessor who has been licensed for at least 1 year. Experience in asbestos, mold, and Phase I's a plus. Local travel, some air travel. Able to work independently as well as direct technicians on site. Must be accountable for all aspects of a project. Interact with business owners, regulators, and tenants and must have ability to understand the needs of and communicate appropriately with each. All records and reporting will be done electronically, excellent computer skills a must. NJ Risk Assessor license a big plus but not required. 2: FIELD INSPECTOR/TECHNICIAN - Lead asbestos, mold, Phase I, environmental remediation work, construction related health & safety experience or a higher education degree a plus. Good computer skills a must, some travel, team player. Candidate must have valid driver license & dependable car. 3: EQUIPMENT OPERATOR/DRIVER - Experience in Residential & UST work necessary. Class A CDL a must, hands on, organized individual. Work will be based in Northern NJ, NY Metropolitan Area. 4: ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN - Class A or B CDL preferred, experienced Residential & UST work, 40 hr Hazmat a plus.
